AntiOxident Masterbatch

Anti Block

Anti-block Masterbatch reduces blocking at the surface of polymer films and other plastic articles to allow easier processing and handling. Blocking is related to slip; however, slip involves the sliding of two surfaces over each other; blocking is the adhesion of those surfaces.

Optical Brightener Masterbatch

Optical brightener Masterbatch is also called fluorescent whitening agents. These masterbatches are added to polymers to reduce yellowing, improve whiteness, and enhance the brightness of a product. Optical Brightener Masterbatch is often used to enhance the whiteness of plastics. This masterbatch has the capability of re-emitting blue light with the absorption of ultraviolet radiation.

UV Masterbatch

UV light can affect plastic in several ways, causing a chalky appearance, causing colour change, and even compromising the integrity of the material itself. Choosing the right UV package is therefore essential in creating optimal light stabilization; indeed, it may be one of the most important parameters in determining the service life of your product. Slip Masterbatch

Slip agent masterbatches are able to modify the surface properties of a film and thus lower the friction between film layers and other surfaces. The slip agent migrates to the surface upon cooling to form a solid lubricating layer. This serves to reduce friction or adhesion between the contact surfaces

Clarifier Masterbatch

Clarifier masterbatches improve cycle time, higher definition temperature, flexural modulus, stiffness, and impact strength in PP. It also promotes faster crystallization. Clarifier masterbatches are used for PP films used in packaging, PP food and storage containers, blow-moulded bottles, and injection-moulded parts.
